God’s wrath pt. 3

When one says God’s wrath what do you think of?…Fire raining down from the heavens…Great earth quakes…Tidal waves…WAR!…Perversion…TOTAL lack of compassion? I am not a gloom and doom person I only was recently reading Ezekiel of the Old Testament and the Spirit of God showed me something. It was scary yet hopeful because God always chooses to call those who would heed His call to react in great calamity. Now, as I get into this you might be saying or thinking what GREAT calamity?

The GREAT calamity is part of the point… bear with me, and the fact that we don’t see it is the other.Ezekiel 6:4 reads,” Your altars will be demolished and your incense altars will be smashed; and I will slay your people in front of your idols.”Ezekiel 6:7,” Your people will fall slain among you, and you will know that I am the Lord.” how I have been grieved by their adulterous hearts, which have turned away from me, and by their eyes, which have lusted after their idols. Verse 9 b:,”They will loathe themselves for the evil they have done and for all their detestable practices.” 10 And they will know that I am the Lord; I did not threaten in vain to bring this calamity on them. Let me stop there as to not scare you( to much)…I would like you to ask yourself as a society have we strayed from God? When you answer that question ask yourself this; have our youth fallen away from the truth and standards of God’s word? Crazy things happen when you separate yourself from the world, pray, and read your word…you begin to feel his spirit lead you in the truth of His word. God is showing me that we are experiencing His wrath NOW! We are suffering this calamity in parts or little by little and most of us don’t even realize it, because we have been entertained or wrapped up in our own lust, prideful passions, and seduced buy false teachings so we don’t even realize that we are dealing with a calamity. Entertain is a military strategy used in battle, however you may be more familiar with it as” diversion” in terms of warfare. We have been entertained or diverted from fully realizing the truth and severeness of the wrath we are currently experiencing. The Movie business has shown growth and the music industry -in spite of the net- has had a record year in profits… the Miley Cyrus video “Wrecking ball” has almost 500 million views on YouTube…we are unraveling from the inside out…eating popcorn in a front row seat to our own destruction. Ezekiel 7:3 reads:

The end is now upon you,

and I will unleash my anger against you.

I will judge you according to your conduct

and repay you for all your detestable practices.

4.I will not look on you with pity;

I will not spare you.

I will surely repay you for your conduct

and for the detestable practices among you.

We must understand that God’s wrath is Him giving us over to our own lust or simply its God letting us have our way. You may be thinking that’s Old Testament and we are under grace then my reply to you is keep reading…Chapter 9 starting at verse 3 reads:

Now the glory of the God of Israel went up from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple. Then the Lord called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side 4.and said to him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of those who grieve and lament over all the detestable things that are done in it.”

5.As I listened, he said to the others, “Follow him through the city and kill, without showing pity or compassion. 6.Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. The cherubim is a heavenly creature that God created… it is angelic, for instance Lucifer before his fall was the covering cherub. Angel in Hebrew is-message from God- so this message from God will come to the “man in linen” this man I believe is a man of God or men who have given their life to God and walk circumvent or men in leadership who are full of the spirit of God, elders, pastors, apostles,mentors, bishops, and just good men of God… as linen of a robe…like a priest. This man will mark the youth who not only see the calamity, but are moved to pray and are greatly grieved by what is happening. This mark in Hebrew is tavah meaning: signature, implication, or desire so this mark is two things: 1. It signifies one who is chosen or the implication (the action or state of being involved in something) basically the called ones. 2. This mark reminds me of the blood of the lamb that was marked on the door post to mark the “ones” the spirit of death could not touch-Slaughter the old men, the young men and women, the mothers and children, but do not touch anyone who has the mark. I hope you who have eyes to see can see and you who have ears to hear will hear we are suffering with violence as I have showed you in my last post The Field  -7:23,”for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence.” and we contextualize this as issues of mere poverty and lack of education ignoring the eternal scripture…we wrestle not with flesh and blood, but with principalities and powers in high places. Our way of life or culture is sick, twisted, or perverted, but their are those of us who can see the wrath being poured out as recompense for our lifestyle, sin, and evil hearts and are mourning crying out to God for grace and are moved to do something. Men of God we are now to anoint and minister and disciple the youth…mark them…send them to IGNITE a revolution. Good news is the kingdom is on the inside of you and as you submit to your calling walking in your purpose being lead by the spirit you are unbeatable-but do not touch anyone who has the mark. Bad news is God has not totally given us over to ourselves meaning: His wrath is only going to get worse! Our culture is going to degenerate until darkness will be received as light and wrong will be right. I love you all please reply, comment, ask questions. pray for me as we both pray for our youth.
