Do you find yourself downplaying your strengths so you won’t outshine others?
Do you hold back from operating at your best because you fear your best will make those around you insecure with themselves or become jealous of you?
If you answer yes to these questions it may be that your circle is hindering your purpose, and you are stifling the growth your heavenly Father intended you to operate in.
It is not being humble to hold back from living in excellence…it is wicked, yes it is evil to make any excuse from living out your purpose and bringing your gifts back to the Creator who first gave them to you.
Christ our KING said it this way:
“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”
Matt. 25:21
Then this is what He says to the one who made excuses for not investing in their gifts:
“And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
Matt. 25:30
Please don’t allow your circle to influence your demise by extinguishing the greatness that God has placed in you to glorify Him.
You must now seek to attach yourself to circles that have reached heights you have not obtained. Your circle should consist of excellent individuals who are confidant in themselves so they will only encourage you to fly and not be threatened by your excellence.
