As Leaders we are required to be responsible to the whole community.
As leaders we are required to define success as: elevating everyone we are attached to… not just ourselves. Our lives produces greatness in all who watch. We are to do more than just encourage others with our words, but our lifestyle should be inspiring.
As leaders we are not called to be perfect, but we MUST answer the call. Yes you are held to a higher standard because you are called to go higher.
